At Wellness Supplement, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that opened or used products, as well as items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To start a return, email our Customer Service team at hello@wellnessupplement.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. A representative will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping label fees will apply.
Returns over $200 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
